The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Account Executive to lead the sales cycle and secure new revenue deals. You'll play a pivotal role in our go-to-market strategy, driving substantial growth in monthly recurring revenues with each successful deal closure. Beyond business impact, your work will directly contribute to a profound cause: saving lives. By facilitating access to affordable, private mental health care, you'll empower us to reach an additional 1 billion individuals worldwide in need of support.

In this role, you will:

  • Find and qualify new sales leads.
  • Create and deliver product presentations to potential customers.
  • Keep sales activities updated in our CRM system.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant internal departments. 
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of revenue opportunities. 
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals.

An ideal candidate is / has: 

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a history of exceeding quotas.
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy and prior go-to-market experience desired.

Nice to haves:

  • Healthcare industry knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
