Cass Chat

Behavioral and wellness help anywhere and anytime, as simple as a text message.

Cass delivers effective behavioral and wellness support and coaching via text messaging and Facebook Messenger.
Cass's Engagement Platform

Our knowledge engine was created in collaboration with researchers and trained psychologists and is based on millions of conversations and self-assessments (such as GAD-7 or PHQ-9).

The information contained in this system spans 800 different topics over 3 million variations to deliver an extraordinarily deep repository of clinically proven behavioral health knowledge.

This engine is called upon by text message from users to deliver personalized conversations, recommendations, resources, assessment, and self guided exercises, in real time, to millions of people simultaneously.

As simple to use as a text

Every conversation with Cass starts with the question, “how are you?”.  No apps to download or sign up for. Simply text, either via SMS or Facebook Messenger.   Then Cass delivers guided and personalized support to anyone worldwide in response to how they interact with the knowledge engine.
